At Morris & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original Morris & Sons packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items through our customer service concierge.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
